Leny K. Wallen-Friedman
Leny Wallen-Friedman's practice has focused on business litigation, shareholder disputes, securities arbitration, insurance arbitration and employment litigation. He has also provided corporate and business advice to small and medium-sized businesses and professionals. Leny has litigated in both state and federal court and has arbitrated more than 75 matters before FINRA, AAA and other arbitration organizations.
Leny has an undergraduate degree in Finance with a minor in Economics. This background gives him a unique ability to understand the needs of business clients and to help them achieve more comprehensive results.
Prior to starting Wallen-Friedman & Floyd, P.A., Leny ran his own solo practice; before that he was a shareholder at Fruth & Anthony, PA. Leny also worked for 4 years in Connecticut at the law firm of Robinson & Cole and before that clerked for 2 years with Justice William G. Callow at the Wisconsin Supreme Court. Leny has achieved an AV-rating and has been designated repeatedly by his peers as a “Super Lawyer.”
Professional Activities
Leny served for many years on the Edina School Board and upon retirement from the Board was the Edina School Board Chair.
