Integrating Business and Law

The law firm of Wallen-Friedman & Floyd, PA has represents businesses and individuals in a myriad of business and personal matters. For more than 20 years, attorneys Leny Wallen-Friedman (Retired), Paul Floyd and Diana Morrissey (Retired) combine substantial business backgrounds with extensive legal experience to provide both business advice and litigation advocacy to their clients. In 2023, Leny and Diana retired from the practice of law. 

NOTICE:  After many rewarding years of practice, Paul Floyd will retire from the practice of law effective June 1, 2027, joining his two partners in retirement. Wallen-Friedman & Floyd, P.A. will dissolve and begin winding down its affairs at that time. 

Paul is not accepting new clients or new matters at this time, and the firm will provide no legal services after May 31, 2027. In the meantime, we remain committed to serving our current clients through that date and to ensuring a smooth transition for every open matter.
